Description: The Shinetsu Clan is one that believes in discipline. They are proud of their power, and of their achievement to discipline Fire itself. Their philosophy is well known around the world, and their way of living is absolutely astonishing. The basis in their Ninjutsu mastering is practising is the technique. Their training system is an endless repetition and perfectioning of the studied ninjutsu. (Here you introduce your clan to use. What is know about it? Are they secretive? Are they good or bad? What kind of clothing do they wear? Do they have some special clan symbol?)

Special characteristics/traits: (Do the members of your clan have some special trait? Like, the members of the Yamanaka clan are all blond, the Uzumaki all have red hair.)

History: The Shinetsu Clan evolved along with the ages of time. The first members were born, ironically, up on the hills of a very cold and high mountain. Not on the top, but on the hills. There, the Sun would only visit a few hours per day. It was could and dark many times, yet they made a living out of it. Unsurprisingly, the cold weather and harsh conditions made their bodies grow stronger. They evolved, like all species. But instead of dropping down from the mountains and cultivate the better, more suited for crops, plains and lands that were now holding better, more developed life, they instead climbed the mountain. Let it be noted that these first clansmen are legendary, considered incredibly powerful and talented, they were the very first to be blessed by the God. The Shinetsu Clan members climbed up the mountain. It was a long, hard journey, full of dangers and perils. Yet it was also a learning experience, as comrades fell, they would get closer and closer to the Sky, each day that passed. The clouds were just above their heads...the Sun was there. And as time passed, and they took their steps...only the strongest reached the clouds, and between the strongest only the elite clansmen surpassed the clouds. Only those who had been blessed with the Scorch Release bloodline were able to maintain themselves warm and comfortable until they reached the peak of Mt. Shi. It had taken them about 100 years of generations, colonies and kekkei genkai development to reach the top, but they finally managed. The peak was now theirs, and it is where they built a Temple to the Gods. This would be known as the RedSky Temple, located on Mt.Shi in the Land of Fire. This would be the clan's base for the next hundreds of years. Many secret ninjutsu, forbidden legacies and thousands of simple techniques developed over the years were left behind when the Temple was broken into by the Uchiha Clan.

The Fall of the Temple was by far, the bloodiest arc in all of the Shinetsu Clan history. And their first loss in over a thousand years. They were among the first Men, and they lost to the Uchiha Clan. The Shinetsu Clan members were experts in Ninjutsu. Perhaps the only clan in the whole world whose Katon was stronger and fiercer than the Uchiha's. The heat inside the Temple was terrific, according to the legends. Many fell,

Bloodline description:
Scorch Release (灼遁, Shakuton) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. This nature creates chakra that is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse.
Basically, Scorch Release allows it's user to combine Fire Release with wind Release in order to obtain something above the regular "Fire". The Scorch Release is incredibly and heated and powered up advanced form of Fire and Wind Release that not only grants the user more power, but a lot more of control over the heat source. Unlike the regular fire, which needs Oxygen to keep on burning, and is always craving for more and more gas, to eat and destroy more, the Scorch Release is incredibly disciplined. Instead of feeding on Oxygen, the fire feeds on the user's Wind release chakra, which tends to be a much better fuel. It is also important to note that, unlike the regular Fire Release where having your skin burned is the danger, the Scorch Release doesn't have to neccessarily "burn" the opponent, instead forcing (for example) a blast into the opponent's body and heating it to the point where all liquids evaporate, turning any victims into mummies.
By mastering the Fire Release part of this Bloodline, one gains more control over the heat power that can be used, and by mastering the Wind Release part of the Kekkei Genkai, the user will be able to better control such power.
Like it was stated above, the Scorch Release jutsus do not feed on Oxygen, but on the user's Wind Release chakra to keep on burning, this doesn't mean the jutsu can't start consuming Oxygen to ease the burden on the user's chakra, but consuming Wind Release chakra will make it a lot more powerful. Not only that, but feeding on Wind Release Chakra and not on Oxygen brings a lot of advantages. For example, in theory a Scorch Release Technique is easily able to keep on burning under water, by feeding on the Wind Release chakra of the user. This, of course, brings disadvantages as well as advantages (Refer to weaknesses for details). Finally, due to their outstanding mastery over the elements, a Chuunin+ (at least Ninjutsu Adept as well) Scorch Release User will be able to use Fuuton and Katon techniques with -1 rank chakra cost. It is also important to note that Scorch Release techniques are a lot more powerful than regular Fire Release techniques, as one should naturally expect from an advanced Bloodline, because as stated above they do not neccessarily need to burn an opponent, just get a big enough "sphere" blast against an opponent to vaporize all the liquids inside it's body.
When it comes to relating against other elements, the relations is pretty regular against Earth and Lightning release, but when it comes to relating with Fire, Water and Wind Release, the whole thing changes. It's not a good idea to use Fire release against a Scorch Release user, first because they have a natural resistance against heat (Tainetsu Ablity), and second because their Scorch Release jutsus will easily overpower regular fire. But if using Fire Release against Scorch Release isn't a good idea, using Wind Release against it is complete madness. Why? Because Scorch Release feeds on Wind Release chakra, and this will only power up the Scorch Release. On the other hand, using Water Release against the Scorch Release may very well nullify the Scorch Release jutsu (refer to weaknesses). This Kekkei Genkai, like many others, is ruled by stages.

~Stage 1 (Hinetsu, literally meaning, Specific Heat) 200 exp to be bought.~
At this stage, the user begins to gain familiarity with the Scorch Release style, slowly learning to release controlled Scorch Release blasts. The most basic jutsus may be learnt at this stage, from e to C rank. At this stage, the user is able to be closer to fire than most regular humans, but doesn't have any "resistance" to fire, just the pain itself. This is the beginning of the Tainetsu Ability. (Heat Resistance)


~Stage 2 (Shonetsu, literally meaning, Summer Heat) 300 exp to be bought.~
At this stage, the user's body temperature begins to rise, it's regular temperature becoming about 40 ºC. This doesn't mean that you'll get yourself burnt if you touch their skin, but you will feel it a lot warmer. at this stage, the user is fairly capable to determine which element is used for each purppose. Katon for Power, Fuuton for Control. At this stage they are able to use B and A ranked clan jutsus as well, while direct hits from E and D ranked Fire Release jutsus won't have any effect on them due to the Tainetsu ability. The user may use the Netsushori (or equivalent, refer to the Clan Jutsu Area) jutsu at this stage, costing a D-ranked amount of chakra per turn.

~Stage 3 (Netsurai, literally meaning, Heat Thunderstorm)400 exp to be bought.~
At this stage, the user can be called a Master of Scorch Release, and may begin developing it's own style of Scorch Release. There have been reports of Masters using Black and Blue Fire in their Scorch Release, which is a rather powerful variation (refer to Clan Jutsus). At this stage the user may keep the Netsushori (or equivalent) jutsu active with no chakra cost. The user may also use any jutsu of the Scorch Release KKG. Fire Style jutsus of B and C-rank will have no direct effect on the user's body. Also, the Netsushori ability is enhanced (refer to Canon Jutsus).

Bloodline weaknesses:
-Due to the need to feed on Wind Release chakra, the Scorch Release Techniques are either kept close to the user or shot at high speed against the enemy. Any Scorch Release technique that stops feeding on Wind Release Chakra and starts feeding on Oxygen will lower it's temperature and become regular fire.
-Another obvious weakness of this KKG is the Water Release. But don't just assume that by shooting water at a scorch release technique will completly eliminate it. Most of the water may evaporate, and the rest will probably heat up enough to boil a human being. Basically, the water may eliminate the Scorch Release Technique, but will be left boiling.
-Also due to this clan's natural abilities, they are naturally weak against Deep release and as such mantain a close rivalry with the Shinkokuna Clan.
-Finally, splashing cold water against a Scorch Release user may be a good way to cause them to go into a a temperature shock that leaves them unable to use Scorch Release jutsus for 10 posts.
-The clan members are not immune to S-rank and above Scorch Release Ninjutsu.

The Scorch Release is incredibly and heated and powered up advanced form of Fire and Wind Release that not only grants the user more power, but a lot more of control over the heat source. Unlike the regular fire, which needs Oxygen to keep on burning, and is always craving for more and more gas, to eat and destroy more, the Scorch Release is incredibly disciplined. Instead of feeding on Oxygen, the fire feeds on the user's Wind release chakra, which tends to be a much better fuel. └Hot Summer Day┘Due there the extreme heat and temperature generated by Scorch Release, users are immune to there own techniques as well as extreme hot conditions. Generally speaking, the use of Katon elements often times leaves them with nothing more than a slight blister. All Katon ranks are get a +1 boost to rank when used by a Shonetsu+ .



【 Bloodline Weaknesses 】
└Weakness┘Due to the need to feed on Wind Release chakra, the Scorch Release Techniques are either kept close to the user or shot at high speed against the enemy. Any Scorch Release technique that stops feeding on Wind Release Chakra and starts feeding on Oxygen will lower it's temperature and become regular fire. Another obvious weakness of this KKG is the Water Release. But don't just assume that by shooting water at a scorch release technique will completly eliminate it. Most of the water may evaporate, and the rest will probably heat up enough to boil a human being. Basically, the water may eliminate the Scorch Release Technique, but will be left boiling.Due to Water's strength over fire, and its equality with wind, it comes as no surprise the water release move needs to be of equal rank to put out the fire. Finally, Ice Release users have a advantage over Scorch Release, as Scorch release has a hard time bringing Ice to boiling point, sublimation being the cause. As such, Ice Release techniques of -1 rank lower can effectively neutrality Scorch Release techniques. Also due to this clan's natural abilities, they are naturally weak against Deep release and as such maintain a close rivalry with the Shinkokuna Clan.

【Desiccation Ability 】
└Shakuton Release: Steaming Murder┘ When using Scorch release, it is important to remember that only at high levels do these techniques actually evaporate an entire body, leaving them a mummified corpse.

All Scorch Release jutsu's have the follow attachments, wither stated explicitly or not.

B-Rank and Under - When coming in-contact with liquids, they cause an immediate spike in temperature, leading to horrible blisters and 4th degree burns along the impacted area. When used water sources outside of the body, such a Suiton Techniques etc etc, they boil away them in huge plums of steam, causing visibility issues and such. The steam is of a temperature where it may singe the eyes of both the Shinetsu and others. Of an equal rank, a volatile explosion of steam erupts outwards negating both jutsu's. On lower ranks, Scorch Release boils away the jutsu leaving only normal fire of a lesser rank behind. (B rank Scorch hits a C rank Suiton move, boils it away and leaves a C rank fire jutsu headed towards opponent)

A-Rank and Above - The true danger of Scorch Release, at this level, users can literally boil away a ninja in a few seconds flat. Evaporating the blood in the body leaving the corpse if not doused with suiton immediately (Within the same post frame)

Name: Shakuton Release: Incinerating Flare Technique

Description: Create a shadow clone, following the shadow clone rules. However, upon impact/attack. The clone bursts into 6 scorch release orbs that launch out in the direction of the attack in a effort to mummify the opponent. (Up to 15 meters, no control from user)



Name: Netsushoru
Rank: B-ranked

Range: Self-30 meters.
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Hand seals: Tiger to activate.
Description: The Netsoshorou technique is B-ranked only because it's rather difficult to master, and should cost a bit more exp. This technique allows the user to use the heat produced on it's body and keep a permanent style of defense/supplement. The user has two choices: He/She can either use that heat and raise the temperature in a circle with 30 meters radio around them by 15 ºC, or they can use the heat to keep a permanent set of 5 small scorch spheres (20 centimeters diameter) around them all the time, like 5 small suns. These spheres can protect the user against minor attacks (up to B-rank wind releases, A-rank fire releases and other minor attacks like kunais and shuriken, B rank Suiton, C rank Ice/Deep ). The spheres can also be used for attacking, forming a smaller and weaker version of the Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder, used to hit individual members instead. Of course, an head-shot may be a bit more dangerous, just like a kunai thrown at a head is more dangerous than one thrown at a leg. Once used up, the user can create it with the tiger to gain 5 more balls for B rank. (Ninjutsu mastery not counted towrads initial B rank)


Name:Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder
Rank:A-ranked

Range:15 meters radius around the user. Can be shot over 80 meters.
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub Type: Offensive
Hand seals:Ram - Tiger - Boar- Rat - Rooster - Ram
Description:The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb goes through an opponent, it evaporates all the water inside their body, leaving them in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. If the orb goes over the 15 meters radius, the user loses control over it and it falls...tho let's not forget these things may be propelled out of the radius. The user may also choose to release a single orb for a C-ranked amount of chakra and more control over said orb. The user may keep up to 5 orbs for 4 posts for the A-ranked amount of chakra necessary for casting this jutsu.
Once the victim is hit, it will seem to erupt into flames, even tho the body isn't actually "burned" in the traditional sense of the word.

Hand seals: None
Description:This technique allows a skilled Taijutsu user to use Scorch Release to enhance their kicks(punches with a blazing heat that may cause serious injuries in terms of high degree burns. This technique basically allows the user to follow the same principle as the Gentle Fist. But, instead of injecting chakra into an opponent to shut down the victim's tenketsu, the user forces Scorch Release blasts into the opponent's body to shut down internal organs by heating them to a point where all liquids on such organ are evaporated, turning the organ into a mummy. A Medical Ninja may be able to save the organs up until 5 posts after they're hit, but note that taking a Heat Fist punch directly at the heart may very well kill an opponent. Why? because after having a mummified heart you...die? o.o' It all depends on which organ is hit.

Type: Ninjutsu

Hand seals: Monkey → Tiger → Rat → Boar → Bird → Monkey → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Fire
Description: After performing a rather complex set of hand-seals, this jutsu allows the user to expel a "river" of highly pressurized Scorch Release that may travel great distances before hitting it's target. Once it hits a strong enough target (like a wall, or another A-ranked jutsu) it will spread to the sides as the stream keeps running like a river . This jutsu is strong enough to break through glass, and even walls if the user keeps expelling the Scorch (It may be kept for 5 turns, draining an A-ranked amount of chakra per turn), and the pressure raises per each turn as well. Let me remind you that, just like all Scorch Release jutsus, the Scorch doesn't necessarily have to burn in order to be dangerous. It's extremely hot and will not only burn the targeted area, but also vaporize a target's liquids, turning the victim into a mummy.

Special characteristics/traits: Uchiha Clansmen possess the Sharingan, the Copy-wheel eye. In addition, they have been described as having particularly powerful chakra, and are highly adept at using Fire Release techniques.

History: The following has been paraphrased from Naruto Wikia:
The Uchiha Clan "was one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure and was also reputed to be the village's most powerful clan, boasting shinobi that were exceptionally talented and battle-oriented. Together with the Senju clan, they founded Konohagakure". Through centuries of bitter conflict with the Senju Clan, the two sides eventually formed a ceasefire and founded the Fire Country.

Uchiha Madara, then acting clan patriarch, was not pleased. He sought to unbind the Uchiha from its pact with the Senju, describing his clansmen as "the dogs of Konoha". Heated arguments flared into full conflict with the patriarch of the Senju Clan, Hashirama. Madara was believed to have died in combat, and Hashirama Senju became the "Shodaime Hokage", the first Fire Shadow of the Hidden Leaf.

But Madara survived, and instigated a Leaf Shinobi decades later, into his plot to overthrow the established government and wage war against the Shinobi World. His disciple, Uchiha Obito, after being declared dead by Konoha, would resurface in the next ten years to slaughter the remaining Uchiha Clan and to initiate the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Bloodline description:
The Sharingan, an infamous Dojutsu, that has been feared and lauded for centuries. The Sharingan advances through three stages, marked by the number of Tomoe in either eye. At the pinnacle of their Sharingan, a clansmen can copy Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and pierce some of the strongest Genjutsu. Each additional Tomoe grants heightened predictive abilities, with the most being three Tomoe per eye.

Tomoe 1 allows the Uchiha to copy handseals perfectly, if their body can keep up. This level of development also allows the Uchiha to pick up on minute movements in the environment. It has also shown to be very useful for throwing and guiding weaponry, and properly navigating the terrain. Cost 200 Exp

Tomoe 2 enables further precognitive abilities. In addition to copying techniques, these Uchiha can mimic and counter Taijutsu and other forms of hand-to-hand combat (assuming of course they specialize in them). Uchiha Clansmen can also develop a heightened ability to pierce Genjutsu, being able to see through these techniques up to Rank B. If they hold a combat specialty in Genjutsu (Basic, Adept, or Master) they can also use illusions through their Sharingan. Cost 400 Exp

Tomoe 3 with a fully matured Sharingan, an Uchiha can not only cast Genjutsu through eye contact (commonly denoted as "Demonic Illusions"), but they can dispell Genjutsu up to Rank B automatically. A fully matured Sharingan can also utilize "Mirror Heaven and Earth" to return an opponent's Genjutsu back on them. For an additional 400 Exp. An Uchiha Clansmen can resist and break Genjutsu of even higher caliber (up to A-Rank). Cost 600 Exp

At Tomoe 3, an Uchiha can easily copy Ninjutsu, and utilize them if they possess the proper elemental affinity. Regardless, they can copy these techniques, memorizing them for later should they learn the required affinity. It should also be noted that an Uchiha can read handseals, and with a Ninjutsu Mastery, discern what element is being used.

Once evolved, the Mangekyou Sharingan commonly unlock Tsukuyomi, the strongest Genjutsu, Amaterasu, the strongest Ninjutsu, and Susanoo'o, the ethereal warrior manifested from the user's chakra. Contrary to popular belief, an Uchiha does not need to kill his best friend. Rather, a traumatic or significant event awakens the eye. Commonly, when first activated vision will be highly distorted as the eyes adjust to the Mangekyou but this will improve with time. Some Uchiha have also awakened a unique Dojutsu.

Bloodline weaknesses:

The Uchiha's Sharingan is revered as the tengan or "Heavens Eye" with its myriad of applications. However, this does not necessarily make it flawless. The Sharingan can only keep up with the individual if the rest of the Uchiha's body is capable of doing so. The ocular abilities of the eye depend on chakra flow and muscular movement in the body to function. Prominent Taijutsu masters, such as Maito Gai from the Hidden Leaf learned to move swiftly enough to avoid detection. (Tomoe 1 can match to the movements of those who do not have any hightened physical capabilities, Tomoe 2 can read the movements of Taijutsu/Weaponry/etc. Basics only, while Tomoe 3 and up can discern the movements of Taijutsu/Weapon/etc. Adepts. Masters are completely unaffected by the Sharingan. Also, if someone has 2 levels higher Combat Spec than you, you can read their movements, but you cannot keep up.)

When an opponent possesses an ability, such as the Hozuki's "Hydration", the Sharingan reads only an amorphous blob of chakra. Similarly, when using techniques like "Hiding in Mist", the Sharingan's field of vision is obscured by the shapeless dispersal of chakra. Kirigakure is reputed to be one of the few countries to have successfully countered the Sharingan with this technique. Sensory Jamming techniques, such as the Aburame's Kikaichu work effectively against the Sharingan, patterning the field of vision with hundreds of chakra signatures.

Eye contact plays a major role in the Uchiha's casting of Genjutsu. Avoiding it during combat is extremely difficult, and often requires a Taijutsu Master or Weaponry Master to consciously do so (explained above). Genjutsu Master's are capable of resisting the Uchiha's techniques, and counteracting them as well.

Against unconventional attacks, the Sharingan is confronted with the inescapable flaw of its biology. Medical techniques have proven to be sufficient at deteriorating the eyeball. Sonic and light-based attacks are also highly effective against the Uchiha; via blinding the eye and vigorously disrupting the body. Medical Masters such as Fifth Hokage, Tsunade also used an electrical discharge to short-circuit the optical nerve. The Uchiha rely on their eyesight for combat extensively.

While using the Mangekyou Sharingan, eyesight deteriorates over time and progressively speeds up the more it is used until the eye is rendered blind. This macular degeneration begins with the constant stressing of the eye's tenketsu, which leads to hemorrhaging of the capillaries, causing the eye to bleed when using Amaterasu and its sister techniques. Overtime this develops into a profound loss of hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and loss of focusing. Eventually, the Uchiha loses the sight from their eyes entirely, and the abilities of the Sharingan are sealed away.

Lastly, the Sharingan is greatly coveted by all nations. When stolen from an Uchiha, the Sharingan loses its bloodline bond. When implanted into a Non-Uchiha, it requires an additional D-rank amount of chakra to upkeep each turn, which becomes only more taxing. Additionally, the Sharingan cannot be deactivated, and must be covered to prevent its ocular abilities from being triggered.

Mangekyou Sharingan


Something traumatic must occur in the Uchiha Clansmen's life in order to evolve the Sharingan beyond the tomoe, into the Mangekyou Sharingan. This traumatic event will grant you the ability to unlock the Mangekyou Sharingan, however it cannot be claimed or actually unlocked until you pay a fee of 50 Development Tokens. The developments leading up to the tokens spent will be CLOSELY monitored, and your chances or approval rise highly when the development granting the tokens are based around the events resulting in your Mangekyou. This is not saying that EVERY token spent must be earned via developments related to the traumatic event leading to the Mangekyou etc, but most of them should be!

At Activation, each Uchiha is granted 200 Uchiha Points. Each Mangekyou Dojutsu uses 5 of these Uchiha Points, granting a total of 40 uses of these techniques. Once all 200 points have been used, the Mangekyou Sharingan will "lose its light". In order to recover from blindness, the Uchiha will be required to seek out another Uchiha to obtain the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

Unique Mangekyou: Ocassionally, the Mangekyo Sharingan develops in such a manner that is deviates from the norm. Genes mutate, and instead produce a unique ability that only the holder of those eyes possesses. Famous examples include the "Kotoamatsukami", and "Kamui". Instead of acquiring the three techniques, the Mangekyo creates a unique ability. This must be registered. Takes 5 UP each use

These UP cannot be replenished, only removed when the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is awakened.
